Refund policy

At Oak Drive, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Exclusions: Final sale items, gift cards, and promotional giveaways cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement at no extra cost.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items not tracked.
